Refund: Refund will be if the product is lost.

Return and Exchange are accepted. Please contact us within 3 days upon the receipt of the parcel.

Shipping time: Usually it arrives in 2-4 weeks. Due to the convid 19, the shipment is delayed usually 3-6 weeks and sometimes delayed.
